STATEMENT OF FAITH

MISSION STATEMENT

We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God. We believe ALL Scripture is given by divine inspiration of God,
and is profitable for doctrine, for evidence, for correction and for instruction in righteousness. We believe man is made
righteous by the shed blood of Jesus and that salvation is a gift of God received by faith.

We believe there is an eternal Heaven and an eternal Hell and that man has the God protected right to chose one or the other.
No one will be in Heaven against their will.

We believe faith is the key given to the blood bought Church that opens the doors to all of God's provisions. We believe that by faith we can prosper in our finances, our health, our bodies and our minds. Without faith it is impossible to please God.

We believe in the Holy Ghost and His gifts. We believe the baptism of the Holy Ghost is promised to every Christian
regardless of their denomination. We believe that when the Holy Ghost comes upon the believer, he will speak in new
tongues and receive power from on high.

Fortress of Joy has a mandate from God to bring the supernatural power of God into our community. The early church in the book of Acts was founded on the power of God. Many think the power and gifts operate and function in Fortress of Joy on a daily basis. In order to fulfill this vision, God is demonstrating His miracle power in our midst. People are experiencing miracles of healing, supernatural restoration and clear precise direction for their lives.

We are not just talking about it, we are seeing it. We believe this outpouring of God's power should be manifesting in every church that names Jesus as Lord. God is confirming His Word with signs and wonders. Miracles are not an accident; they are the result of having faith in God. The Lord said, "The just shall live by faith." That is not an option.

At Fortress we want to restore families and help each member find their rightful spot in their local church body.
